Description: Mingara Relay for Life is a community fundraising event. Funds raised stay in the local area to provide support and services to cancer patients and their families at a difficult time. Mingara is targeting the youth of the area and who doesn't love Star Wars. I am 66 and I am a huge fan. We envisage a march around the track accompanied with very loud Star Wars music, allowing participants to join in. following the lap or laps we would like tome for photos, charging a gold coin so you would contribute to our amazing cause. We will have some radio ads leading up to the event which would promote your attendance and we would drop flyers at the local schools. Your consideration of our event is very much appreciated.
