Description: The event will be the first of its kind in the Campbelltown region (which is brimming with Star Wars and pop culture enthusiasts!!!). We anticipate over 100 tables of toy + hobby collectable treasures – including action figures, Star Wars, MOTU, Marvel, DC, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, plus POPS, plus LEGO, plus vintage and new collectable die-cast models, plus trading cards and more!!! We currently have 40 tables booked already!!! More information about the event is accessible via www.toyandhobbyfair.com.au And I am happy to answer any questions you might have. For your troop, we could set up two tables for promotional products/flyers of what you do and if you have a backdrop, there will be room for that also. The particular space could accommodate 2-4 characters. If there is enthusiasm from the troop community, let me know and I could tweak the space to cater for more (potentially up to 6). There is space behind the table for the team to change - there is a venue storeroom immediately behind the promotional table. Alternatively one of my team members will be able to escort characters from a secure room just outside the auditorium (note: personal items cannot be stored in this room, they will have to be stored at the promotional table). I just need to know this in advance. I believe the venue itself will not allow blasters or weapons of any description. Most happy for Rebel and Bounty Hunter characters to attend from partnering Star Wars costuming organisations.
