Description: On Sunday 8 September, we will celebrate and honour our NF and fundraising heroes with a family friendly event in 7 locations around the country.
In addition to games, entertainment and the potential for a surprise celebrity ambassador, we will be encouraging everyone to join us for a short 2.5km Awareness Walk around the park in their NF Hero capes and CTF attire in recognition of the 1 in 2,500 people living with Neurofibromatosis.
For many people with NF, mobility can be a challenge they face everyday, but this is not a race and we are not trying to set a record. We walk in solidarity and we walk with pride in support of those who may not be able to take that step right now.
